Tiny Wins
by Annie Wonderlich
About Me
Hi, I’m Annie. I’m a 42-year-old woman currently living in my mom’s attic, a space I’ve designed and decorated to feel safe and sacred. A little haven of stability while I work on my next big steps. Life threw me some curveballs: my self-converted 1988 Dodge Ram van, my beloved home on wheels, developed black mold. But rather than letting that stop me, I’m rebuilding the van from the ground up and building a tiny home next to my mom’s house.
My mom, my best friend, lost her home to a fire a few years ago, and together we’ve been rebuilding our lives here in Washington. It’s been a journey filled with sweat, tears, and hope… crafting not just homes but an oasis where we can grow old together.

My journey of living unconventionally, embracing singlehood in my 40s, and finding peace in the unexpected.
Rebuilding my van and creating a tiny home, all while finding balance and stability in my day-to-day life.
Dating intentionally, breaking free from societal expectations, and redefining what happiness looks like at 42.
